On 22 March, 2018, FXTM's Global Head of Marketing, Nandik Barbhaiya, delivered a successful guest lecture at the Cyprus Institute of Marketing (CIM) in Nicosia. Students of the Digital Marketing Tools course attentively absorbed the fascinating insights from Mr. Barbhaiya throughout the 1-hour lecture.

Highlights from the course include:

• Mr. Barbhaiya’s personal journey to becoming the Global Head of Marketing at one of the leading brokers in the world
• Inspirational examples that illustrate the essence behind every marketing campaign

On Tuesday, 13^th of March and Wednesday, 14^th of March, FXTM Research Analyst Lukman Otunuga met with Indonesia’s leading financial media outlets in Jakarta for an informative series of interviews about macroeconomic issues.

Representatives from 14 publications joined our FX expert at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, including The Jakarta Post, Bisnes Indonesia, Investor Daily, Reuters Indonesia and metrotvnews.com. As an expert on currency movements in both the global and Southeast Asian markets, Lukman provided valuable insights into geopolitical developments and their possible effect on the rupiah.

Some of the topics discussed included:

• The Indonesian economy in general: currency, commodities and its place in the international market
• The potential impact of a US-China trade war on the rupiah
• Prevailing foreign currency market movements
• Market updates on gold and oil

FXTM continues its forex education initiatives in Nigeria with the latest series of E-trading events, this time in the popular city of Calabar. On 17 March, FXTM hosted an engaging one-day seminar featuring experts from our FXTM Nigeria offices in Lagos and Abuja.

This seminar was completely free to attend. Participants got to learn about FXTM’s products and services, such as FXTM Invest and Naira-based trading accounts, as well as network with experts from FXTM Nigeria and fellow forex enthusiasts.

The one-day seminar was followed by a 3-day Workshop that took place in Calabar, from 20-22 March. It was a resounding success, with an exceptional turnout of participants who created a lively atmosphere full of networking and learning opportunities.

FXTMPartners presented two special seminars in India on the 17^th and 18^th of March, 2018, which featured FXTM Chief Market Strategist Hussein Sayed. The results were fantastic!

On 17 March, lasting a full day in the beautiful Radisson Blu hotel in New Delhi, Mr. Sayed presented an ‘FXTM Market Outlook 2018’ seminar. The turnout of eager forex enthusiasts exceeded all expectations, as the packed crowd absorbed insightful information about the state of the financial markets in 2018.

The following day, traders in Surat joined FXTMPartners for an enlightening day of forex education at the Grand Bhagwati Hotel. The ‘Trade and Learn with FXTM’ seminar was very well received. Mr. Sayed presented traders of all experience levels with an interactive day packed full of valuable market insights.

Highlights from both seminars include:
