Additionally, in the event of low liquidity, spreads might significantly increase from their normal average level.

On the 13^th and 14^th of October, FX Trainer Jacques Nel hosted The Practical Route to Disciplined Trading seminars in Ho Chi Minh City, sponsored by FXTMPartners. With excellent turnouts at both events, many traders from Ho Chi Minh and beyond enjoyed discovering potentially strategy-boosting trading insights.

The Practical Route to Disciplined Trading is a popular educational series which introduces traders to the fundamentals of trading the markets. In each day-long session, Jacques Nel shared his unique trading approach, born from the discipline, perseverance and dedication he learned in the military.

On the 13^th of October, participants were treated to topics such as:

• Calculating lot sizes
• Using indicators
• Understanding strategy rules

On the 14^th, traders explored more advanced topics including:

• Risk management
• The Bollinger Band strategy with advanced filters
• Trading psychology
• Developing a trading plan

On top of this, traders received a comprehensive introduction to trading and the financial markets. There were frequent opportunities network with other traders, as well refreshing coffee breaks and a delicious complimentary lunch.

FXTM’s Head of Education Andreas Thalassinos was back in Tanzania for two more inspiring sessions on his Ultimate Trading Formula, sponsored by FXTMPartners.

Traders in Dar es Salaam were invited to an insightful seminar and an in-depth workshop that ran over the course of three afternoons. All attendees left the events with a deeper understanding of risk-management principles and strategies to pinpoint potentially effective entry and exit points.

First up was a seminar held at the sophisticated Mayfair Hotel on the 22^nd of September, which was completely free to attend. Participants were introduced to the Ultimate Trading Formula and also benefitted from insights into Fibonacci profit levels. Refreshed throughout the day by complimentary snacks, drinks and an appetising lunch, attendees were free to ask Mr Thalassinos plenty of questions to consolidate their new knowledge.

The three-day workshop from the 25^th to the 27^th gave traders the chance to delve deeper into a range of important forex topics, including:
